These principles provide the foundation on which our Corporate Governance Guidelinesboard committee chartersDirector Independence Standards, a Code of Ethics for the CEO, CFO and Other Financial Professionals and Related Person Transaction Approval Policy are based.


Our values have been recognized in numerous awards, including being selected for the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for both North America and the World.  In addition, Alcoa was named the most admired metals company in the world in Fortune magazine’s 2014 annual ranking on corporate reputation, the third consecutive year that Alcoa has received this honor.
