Alcoa's Code of Conduct and Ethics

Our Code of Conduct and Ethics applies to all company directors, officers, and employees, including Alcoa’s principal executive officer, principal financial officer, and principal accounting officer or controller. It sets forth expectations regarding how we conduct business worldwide, consistent with our values and applicable laws and regulations.
