At Alcoa, we’re committed to understanding the rights, cultures, interests and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia. In the spirit of reconciliation, we aspire to build and maintain mutually beneficial and enduring relationships based on respect, meaningful engagement, and trust. These commitments are embedded in our recently launched Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Developed in consultation with local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and our own workforce, we challenged ourselves to look more deeply into ways we can forge stronger and more inclusive communities. Endorsed by Reconciliation Australia, this is Alcoa’s second RAP - building on our Reflect RAP first launched in 2020.
