Alcoa Publishes 2025 Sustainability Report

On World Environment Day, Alcoa released its 2025 Sustainability Report, outlining the Company’s approach to environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics and the progress made throughout the year across its global operations.

The report highlights how sustainability supports operational resilience, responsible operations and long-term value creation across Alcoa’s global operations.

“Caring for our people and the communities where we operate is foundational. We have a responsibility to protect one another, every shift, every day,” said William F. Oplinger, Alcoa President and Chief Executive Officer. “The 2025 Sustainability Report reflects our continued focus on safety, operational discipline, responsible resource management, innovation and transparency as we work to strengthen resilience and position Alcoa for the future.”

The report also discusses Alcoa’s sustainability goals and performance, including community initiatives and progress toward emissions reduction, mine rehabilitation and waste reduction.
