Alcoa recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil for 5th straight year

The company rose six positions in the national Great Place to Work (GPTW) ranking and maintains its prominence in inclusion and diversity

Alcoa once again was recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Brazil, according to the new Great Places to Work (GPTW) rankings.

For the fifth consecutive year, the company appears among the 175 highest-rated organizations in the country. Alcoa climbed six positions, reaching 57th place in the national category.

This result reflects Alcoa’s commitment to fostering a work environment based on trust, respect, development, and ongoing dialogue with its employees.

In addition to GPTW, Alcoa also achieved – for the second year in a row – the highest score in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation survey, certified as one of the best companies in the country for LGBTI+ professionals. The survey, conducted in partnership with the +Diversity Institute and the Forum of Companies and LGBTI+ Rights, reinforces the company’s commitment to inclusion, equity, and the appreciation of diversity in all its forms.
