EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Due to the impact of COVID-19, our volunteer programs were restricted to keep our employees and communities safe. Alcoans still found creative ways to give back, from cleaning up beaches in Western Australia to collecting and distributing food in Brazil, and incorporating virtual volunteer work when possible.
