Molly S. Beerman
Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer
Molly Beerman is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She is responsible for the Company’s finance functions, corporate development, and the global Information Technology and Automated Solutions functions. Molly is a member of the Alcoa Executive Team, which sets strategy for the Company.
Prior to assuming her current position in February 2023, Molly was Senior Vice President and Controller for Alcoa Corporation, responsible for the Financial Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Country Controllership teams from November 2019 to February 2023. Molly was Vice President and Controller of the Company from December 2016 through October 2019 and was Director, Global Shared Services Strategy and Solutions from November to December 2016.
Molly is a seasoned financial executive having worked in strategic positions that require a combination of technical accounting, process improvement and technology expertise. Prior to the separation of Alcoa Inc. into two companies, Molly was Director, Global Shared Services Strategy and Solutions. She also served as Director, Global Procurement Center of Excellence and earlier was Manager, North America Financial Accounting Services.
Molly left Alcoa Inc. in 2012 to become Vice President, Finance and Administration for The Pittsburgh Foundation, a non-profit organization that works to improve the quality of life in the Pittsburgh region by evaluating and addressing community issues. In 2016, she returned to Alcoa Inc. in a consulting role to the Finance Department related to the separation transaction.
Molly is a certified public accountant and began her career with the Pittsburgh office of Deloitte. She also served in financial management positions at Carnegie Mellon University and PNC Bank.
Molly obtained a BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. She previously served as the Secretary-Treasurer of the African American Cultural Center, which owns the August Wilson venue in Pittsburgh for the performing arts.
