While recognized as the largest and most productive rod, bar and wire facility, Alcoa’s Massena facility is also the only domestic supplier of both cast and rolled coiled mechanical alloy redraw rod. Both product lines are Ultra-Cast ® quality for drawing into wire, forming and upsetting applications. Rolled Coiled Rod is generally provided in 3/8 inch diameter but is also available in 1/16 inch increments from 3/8 inch through 15/16 inch diameter. Cast Coiled Rod is available in 1/16 inch increments from 3/8 inch through ½ inch and up to 1 inch subject to inquiry.
