The strongest

  • Forged from a single piece of aluminium without any welds.
  • Unrivalled strength and impact resistance.
  • JWL-T, TÜV and LBF tested.
  • 5-year warranty regardless of the distance covered.
  • In general, Alcoa wheels have demonstrated a lifetime of 15 years and more.

Better heat dissipation

Because aluminium dissipates heat better than steel, brake and tyre wear are significantly reduced.

Lasting beauty

The brightness of our "Mirror Polished" wheels can only be achieved by using forged aluminium. The best choice for anyone who wants the ultimate look! Alcoa supplies its own easy-to-use cleaners to keep the wheels looking brand new.
Reduced vibrations

Alcoa wheels are machined on a lathe which makes them more accurately round than steel wheels. This results in more comfortable driving and less tyre wear.
Return on investment is possible in two years.

If a truck’s maximum loading capacity is used, the payback on Alcoa wheels can be two years or even less. Reduced weight, less wear on the chassis and fuel savings also contribute to an effective ROI.

More environmentally friendly
The increased loading capacity, due to the lighter wheels, saves the number of journeys needed to transport goods. Fuel savings due to the reduction in mass are up to 2.5% (lower moment of inertia). Alcoa wheels are also easy to recycle. For recycling aluminium, only 5% of the energy necessary for the original production from bauxite is used.
