Community Overview

Wherever Alcoa operates across the globe, each of our businesses has its roots in local communities, where the people we employ, suppliers we choose, and organizations with which we partner are all integral to the regional social fabric.

Our values remain steadfastly the same across the many diverse communities where we work and do business. Our strong commitment to integrity, accountability, and transparency remains at the core of what defines us and drives us, and social sustainability is a central pillar of our business planning and operating framework.

In recent months, the volatile economic climate has significantly changed Alcoa’s business and considerably impacted those around us. Through these difficult times, we are ever mindful of the economic and social implications of our business decisions on local communities and continue to work in partnership with those around us as we navigate these present challenges.

We recognize that the success of our business is directly connected to the strength of the communities in which we operate. In working alongside our neighbors, we strive to deliver value to those around us.
