Ken Wisnoski is President, International Project Development and Asset Management for Alcoa. In this new corporate role, he coordinates capital-intensive growth and asset management projects across Alcoa's worldwide businesses.  Among the most visible is the Alcoa Ma'aden project in Saudi Arabia, as well as expansion and modernization projects currently underway in Massena, New York; Baie-Cameau, Canada; and Alcoa, Tennessee.  Ken is also a member of the Alcoa Executive Council, the senior leadership group that sets strategic direction.
 
Ken joined Alcoa in 2005 as Vice President, Global Primary Products Growth, a role that shortly thereafter expanded to include oversight of growth and development opportunities in energy, smelting, refining, and mining, and responsibility for Alcoa's operations in Africa.  He was named President of Global Primary Products – Growth, Bauxite and Africa in 2008 and since 2010 has been leading development and construction of the Ma'aden partnership to create what will be the largest fully integrated aluminum complex in Saudi Arabia.
 
Prior to joining Alcoa, Ken was president, Europe and Africa for natural gas producer El Paso Corporation.  Earlier, he held a variety of project management and leadership positions at Brown & Root, an international engineering and construction contractor.
 
Ken graduated from the University of Dallas in 1976 with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, completed post-graduate studies at Angelicum University, in Italy, and in 1984 obtained an MBA degree from the University of St. Thomas, in Houston, Texas.
