In her role as Chief Financial Officer, Alcoa Global Rolled Products, Judy is responsible for leading the Group Finance organization. Global Rolled Products (GRP) is an organization that offers a wide variety of aluminum plate and sheet products. GRP is made up of Alcoa's rolling operations around the world with manufacturing and commercial sites in North America, Western Europe, Asia, Australia and Russia. GRP is a $6 billion business in which Judy play key roles. In addition to her role of financial leadership, she also leads and is accountable for the Energy Efficiency Spend Reduction efforts across the Alcoa organization.

Prior to her appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Judy was Vice President and Group Controller.  Judy was the VP of Finance for the North American Rolled Products (NARP) Division, the largest business in the GRP group. Judy was responsible for all finance and IT activities for NARP. Prior to NARP, she was the Treasurer of North America based in Pittsburgh responsible for all North America Treasury activity. Throughout her career since joining Alcoa in 1980 in the Internal Audit Department, Judy has significantly contributed in developing finance leadership throughout the company and partnering with Alcoa businesses. 

Judy earned her Honors Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University and her Master’s in Public and International Economics at the University of Pittsburgh. She is passionate about the mentoring of others to be their best, for the benefit of both the individuals and Alcoa. She is an active mentor with NARP and is on the Alcoa Women’s Network Steering Team. She is also a member of the board of directors for Dress for Success, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
