XII. Vegetative Plantings
Planting of any vegetation — including but not limited to shrubs, hedges, flowering plants, native vegetation, etc. — is prohibited in the reservoirs, along the shoreline within the Project Boundary, and on the Yadkin-Managed Buffer without written permission from Yadkin.
