Alcoa in Trinidad and Tobago
Support
Alcoa believes that striving to be the best company in the world means striving to be the best company in each community in which we operate.

As a neighbor and business in Trinidad's Carenage community for more than 50 years, Alcoa has provided scholarships, grants and donations of time and equipment to meet community needs. Alcoa has donated medical equipment and services to the Carenage Health Centre, computer equipment to the Carenage Government Primary School, and scholarship support for girls in competitive sailing at the Trinidad and Tobago Youth Sailing School.

Since 2000, Alcoa Foundation has made a total of $40,000 in grants to Servol Ltd., an internationally recognized community support and vocational training organization in Trinidad. The funds have provided for facility expansion and new training equipment to support Servol's ongoing program to provide education and marketable skills to the area's youth.
