Real TN Volunteers Program
Often, Tennessee Operations is approached about various opportunities – including discounts and tickets to events - from local organizations and businesses.
 
To help make better use of the information and requests that come our way, we have developed the Real TN Volunteers program.  This program is simply a list of all Tennessee Operations, Tapoco and Knoxville Office employees and retirees who volunteer in some way in their community.  You could be a Boy Scout troop leader, or work with the Boys and Girls Clubs.  You could be a member of a Board of Directors or a choir leader at your church.  Whatever the cause, we’d love to know where you volunteer.
 
By providing your information, we’ll be able to share upcoming opportunities with you.  For example, if we have tickets to a dinner benefitting the Boy Scouts,  and you indicate an affiliation with the Boy Scouts, we could offer you a chance to attend.
 
We can also help with Bravo and ACTION grant applications and making you aware of other activities that could potentially help you raise funds and awareness for your organization.  If you are not affiliated with any organization, and would like to get more involved, you can also sign up with interests and we can look for opportunities for you to volunteer.
 
It’s simple to sign up.  Send an email with the following information to onetn@alcoa.com.  We’ll then be in contact with you as future offerings come up.

Biltmore Tickets
The Life! Committee continues to offer $40 tickets to Biltmore Estates in Asheville, NC.  The tickets are good for any daytime visit and can be purchased by calling 865-977-3175.
