LEARNING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Adapt, implement, and provide training, developed by a corporate L&D department in headquarters;
  • Develop, implement and provide training and educational programs within Alcoa Russia talent management programs and in accordance with Business Units needs;
  • Work with corporate L&D department regarding corporate trainings implementation;
  • Cooperate with Alcoa Russia L&D departments;
  • Coordinate Performance Management process in Alcoa Russia;
  • Support in development of individual development plans;
  • Participate in assessment procedures and talent management programs implementation.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education;
  • Certified trainer (obligatory!);
  • English – fluent;
  • Market knowledge of training programs and services;
  • Experience in developing and conducting training sessions including Soft skills) from 3 years;
  • Experience in making individual development plans;
  • Project work experience (preferably);
  • Experience in L&D department at least 2 years in a Western company (preferably);
  • Self-sufficiency, initiative, multitasking;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Salary - from 40,000 rubles
