LEARNING MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Adapt, implement, and provide training, developed by a corporate L&D department in headquarters;
- Develop, implement and provide training and educational programs within Alcoa Russia talent management programs and in accordance with Business Units needs;
- Work with corporate L&D department regarding corporate trainings implementation;
- Cooperate with Alcoa Russia L&D departments;
- Coordinate Performance Management process in Alcoa Russia;
- Support in development of individual development plans;
- Participate in assessment procedures and talent management programs implementation.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Certified trainer (obligatory!);
- English – fluent;
- Market knowledge of training programs and services;
- Experience in developing and conducting training sessions including Soft skills) from 3 years;
- Experience in making individual development plans;
- Project work experience (preferably);
- Experience in L&D department at least 2 years in a Western company (preferably);
- Self-sufficiency, initiative, multitasking;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Salary - from 40,000 rubles
