Key Account Manager (GHAE)
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Responsible for profitably selling products and services of Extruded Products sold by Alcoa Russia in AMR and Samara including overseas satellite operations where appropriate.
  • Establish relationships with the GHAE BU, Alcoa Technical Centre and other associated Bodies.
  • Develop and implement a sales and customer service strategy linked to the strategy and direction of the Business Unit.
  • Prepare and manage a sales coverage budget within so that cost-effective influential relationships are in place.    
  • Develop, augment and implement sales and marketing policies with the approval of the Sales Director GHAE Russia CIS in the development and execution of sales strategy, account objectives, coordination between the customer, manufacturing, and technical resources.
  • Manage the credit exposure and ensure prompt payments in conjunction with the Credit Managers.
  • Assume a leadership role in assuring all sales activities are carried out safely within the framework of Alcoa’s corporate policies and fully incorporate the Alcoa values.
  • Understand customer needs and translate these into a Global Strategic Fit that is supported by manufacturing locations across the globe.

Requirements:
 

  • Degree with significant field sales.
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in Sales and Management
  • Languages: fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in managing/ coaching a team.
  • Strong computer skills.

To provide good market access by recommending Customer appointments/cancellations and providing competitor information. To establish and maintain sales relationships and overall performance of all GHAE customers within the assigned market segment (main focus on sales to Oil & Gas, Automotive and Industry sector).
