Key Account Manager/Sales Manager

Position Purpose: strive to continue development of Alcoa SMZ as the leading supplier of CS and Packaging product to the existing key customer and potential new customers (B to B)

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of our business relationships within the defined customer base including profit, sales value and volume, credit control, claims, training, technical development, product support and service levels;
- Develop productive relationship with customer at high level and mid level of  customer procurement organization;
- Maintain existing business, investigate potential for new business and increase Alcoa market share by introducing new products, services and technologies into both new and existing customers;
- Identify business opportunities to maximize margins and minimize cost;
- Identify new business growth opportunities on the selected Markets for the selected Customers;
- Negotiate commercial partnerships, supply contracts and sales agreements. Negotiate prices, payment terms, lead times in line with recommend commercial policy per customer/market segment;
- Provide a high level of commercial service ensuring that both existing and new customers prefer to purchase from Alcoa;
- Optimize the service level of the assigned Sales Support Specialist in the Customer Service, by investigating; defining and reaching agreement with all parties involved the customers’ needs in the order flow (including order placement, shipment execution documentation etc.).
- Define credit policies and manage credit control of the accounts within the responsible Customer base, in cooperation with the departments Credit Control and Customer Service.

Requirements:
- High University Degree with significant field sales/commercial skills, Technical background is highly appreciated;
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in B to B segment;
- Key account manager experience in packaging industry will be highly appreciated;
- English language – fluent (oral & written);
- IT skills: Excel, PowerPoint – advanced user;
- Good interpersonal and social skills with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels both within the customer base and within the Alcoa organization, including the ability to give presentations to public;

 Highly self motivated and have the ability to work under high stress environment and   unsupervised in the field and make decisions with the minimum of upward consultation, within the limits of his responsibility.
