Employees of Alcoa Metallurg Rus Named Best Workers of the Don Industrial Complex

On February 26, the first 25 Best Employees of the Don Industrial Complex got awards in Rostov-on-Don.  The new regional award was established in 2009 by the Administration of the Rostov Region. Three Alcoa Metallurg Rus employees are among the laureates: Nikolay Pismenskov, Heat Treater for non-ferrous metals; Alexandr Moshkarin, Sampler of Central laboratory; Pavel Lukianov, Chief Power Engineer. 
 
The ceremony took place in the Rostov Region Administration. Alexander Noskov, Deputy Governor, congratulated the prizewinners: “The people who have gathered in this hall today are those who create wealth and fame of the region. The region’s economy has always been based on the industry. We are sure that the industry will be developing at a high rate no matter how hard the economic situation is. The regional industry and the people working for it will provide for the economic growth. Downturns come and go while our wonderful workers and engineers stay and keep doing their jobs. Thank you so much for your work!”

We are very glad that the regional government has recognized their work and achievements,” said Vladislav Pavlov, General Director of Alcoa Metallurg Rus.
 
The Best Employee of the Don Industrial Complex honorary title is awarded for a significant contribution to production efficiency, quality improvement, product portfolio expansion, financial stability, high production performance, development and innovations.
