The ‘Charity Oscars’ contest initiated by the Samara Association of wheelchair people ‘Desnitsa’ NGO has been held in Samara since 2005. This year it is supported by the municipal authorities of the city of Samara.

The contest has significant importance for recognition of charitable activities in the Samara Region. Its organizers and participants want to join their efforts thus to make charity an integral part of the community life.
