Evgeniy Luzov was born in Moscow region in 1965.

He graduated from the Law School of Moscow State University in 1988, and subsequently completed a post-graduate course of the same School in 1991.

His career began in 1991 when he joined Buntki Interconsulting Moscow office as a lawyer.

In 1993 – 1998 Evgeniy Luzov held the position of Head of IBM Eastern Europe\Asia Moscow office legal department. In 1998 - 2002 server as a lawyer in IBM EUROPE MIDDLE EAST AFRICA, Vienna, Austria.

After returning to Russia in 2002 Evgeniy Luzov accepted an offer of Sidanko to head Claims and Litigation Group. A year later he joined Metro Cash and Carry, where he worked as a lawyer for two years.

In 2005 Evgeniy Luzov became Legal Counsel of Alcoa Russia . In 2007 he was appointed General Director of Alcoa Rus, one of the three Alcoa locations in Russia.

From January through November 2008 Evgeniy Luzov held the position of Alcoa Russia Country Manager. He was in charge of the legal function, compliance with corporate standards, government relations, external relations, as well as for coordination of Alcoa Foundation activities.
