Behavioral Health Care Alcoa provides benefits when you or your dependents require treatment for drug or alcohol abuse or other psychiatric or mental health conditions. Both outpatient and inpatient benefits are available from our behavioral health care network.
Dental Care Alcoa helps cover the costs of preventive and corrective dental work for you and your eligible family members. Generally, the plan pays from 50 to 100 percent of any dental provider's reasonable and customary charges, up to $1,000 a year, with no deductible.
Disability Benefits If you become disabled, Alcoa provides short-term and long-term disability benefits at no cost to you based on your service and base salary.
Life Insurance Basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance is provided at no cost to you. You may purchase additional optional life coverage for yourself and your family.
Vacation Salaried employees are eligible for vacation based on the following:
