Alcoa Global Commercial Transportation and Industrial Products announces Price Increases for Commercial Rolled Products
Düsseldorf, Germany – April 13, 2012 - Alcoa Global Commercial Transportation and Industrial Products announces today with immediate effect a price increase on its conversion prices for mill finish Commercial Rolled Products produced in their European operations Köfém/Hungary, Fusina/Italy and Amorebieta/Spain.

For all orders placed on or after April 13th 2012, a 35 €/MT increase on the base conversion revenue is effective for deliveries from June 1st 2012 onwards. All existing orders and binding agreements confirmed before April 13th 2012 will be honored.
The adaptation of prices is related to a changing market condition, which due to the extension of lead times and increasing costs, put a sustained pressure on the rolled products business over recent months. More information can be found here or +49 211 47 111 0.
