With an investment of USD $20 million, Alcoa Fastening Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. is located in Suzhou Singapore Industrial Park. It was founded in 2005 and moved to its new location in June 2006. There are two facilities, one for Aerospace products and one for Industrial products. The main products are Aerospace and Industrial Fasteners.
Alcoa Fastening Systems (AFS) is a global fasteners supplier, manufacturing different type of fastener products and installation tooling for global aerospace and Industrial market. AFS has facilities in 8 different countries; AFS Suzhou is the most recent one.
AFS Suzhou is certified by the AS 9100 Aerospace quality system and has NADCAP certification for heat treatment. In April, 2008, AFS Suzhou will receive the Boeing audit. |
