Geneva - April 28 - The European Division of Alcoa Custom Extruded Solutions (ACES) today announced a general price increase covering all extruded products produced in its eleven European plants.
The higher prices will partially address the ongoing increases in costs of energy, transportation, packing materials and raw material premiums. At the same time ACES announced the introduction of a small lot up-charge to compensate the costs of changeover.
The price increase is effective immediately on all orders placed for delivery as of May 1st .
