4 Million Forgings

Alcoa Wheel Products (AWP) in Székesfehérvár, Hungary achieved a European record by producing its 4 millionth forging. The achievement is reflective of Alcoa Wheel Products’ position as the largest forged aluminum wheel supplier in Europe and the growing demand for its products worldwide.
Customers include European truck manufacturers Scania, Volvo, Renault, DaimlerChrysler, MAN, DAF, Iveco, and European trailer manufacturers such as Feldbinder, Spitzer, Benalu, Schmitz, Krone. Truck and trailer original equipment manufacturers, dealers, and aftermarket customers in Europe, Australia, Japan, Brazil, South Africa and other nations are served from the Hungarian plant and AWP’s Belgian warehouse/service center.
