Wedg-Tite® Series Fastener Locks
The Wedg-Tite® Fastener locks boards in place without expensive torque wrenches; uses simple hex key. Features built-in torque limiter; provides heat transfer between thermal paths and heat sink. Will not crush boards. With only a few pounds of finger pressure, our series of PCB Injector/Ejector Levers provide 10 times that amount of pressure to positively mate PCB connectors. They also lock boards into card cages, preventing disconnects due to shock and vibration. For printed circuit boards, Wedg-Tite® retainers securely fasten while providing heat transfer paths. A stop nut prevents accidental disassembly, and a spring element prevents accidental unlocking
