Alcoa-SIE Cargo Conversions Redelivers First 757-200ASF

SIMI VALLEY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alcoa Inc. (NYSE:AA) announced today the first redelivery of its Alcoa-SIE Cargo Conversions 757-200ASF freighter conversion program. The converted freighter (MSN 24235) was redelivered to Babcock & Brown Aircraft Management.

ASCC recently received a supplemental type certificate from the FAA for the 757-200ASF program, as well as certification of the freighter conversion by the ANAC in Brazil. Additional certification programs are ongoing for EASA, China and other airworthiness authorities to allow the ASCC to meet world-wide demand for the program.
