PITTSBURGH & CARACAS, Venezuela--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 2, 2004--Alcoa (NYSE:AA) today announced the sale of Aluminum Reynolds de Venezuela, known as "Alreyven," to Topes Y Techos S.A., a Venezuelan Company. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Alreyven, is a small extrusions company producing approximately 2800 tons of extrusions per year. It was acquired by Alcoa as part of the Reynolds acquisition in 2000.
