SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 9, 2004--AFL Automotive announced today that it has been named the full service electrical distribution supplier for Sterling Truck's right hand drive models, which are primarily sold in Australia and New Zealand.
Utilizing its expertise in computer aided design and component management, AFL will design wire harness assemblies, create system schematics, and draw installation diagrams in addition to manufacturing the final electrical distribution system. "AFL looks forward to bringing its capability to provide unique and valuable solutions to this program," said John Jenkins, Vice President and General Manager.
Additionally, AFL brings to this niche program the expertise it has gained from supplying electrical distribution systems to other Sterling Trucks models.
