Alcoa Inc. announced today that it has begun the process to list its
common stock on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). The company expects
to complete the process by the end of April.
Alcoa stated that by listing on ASX, it will further expand its reach in
the global investment arena, noting the company's substantial presence
in Australia.
