At Alcoa, we invest around $22 million on training in Australia each year including $7.5 million on apprentices. We are committed to building skills in local communities and have trained more than 1500 tradespeople through our apprenticeship program. Our three and four year programs train people to become qualified in a particular trade, offering nationally recognised trade certificates on completion.
