Ken Giacobbe was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Alcoa's Engineered Products and Solutions (EPS) business in January 2012. Ken has deep experience leading finance functions across Alcoa’s Value-Add portfolio, having served in senior finance roles in both the USA and Europe across the aerospace, commercial transportation, industrial gas turbine, and commercial building and construction markets. He currently has financial oversight for the EPS business, which includes Alcoa Power and Propulsion, Alcoa Fastening Systems and Rings, Alcoa Forgings and Extrusions, and Alcoa Titanium and Engineered Products. He previously had financial oversight for Alcoa Wheel and Transportation Products, and Alcoa Building and Construction Systems until July 2015 when they were realigned to create the new Alcoa segment, Transportation and Construction Solutions. Ken also serves on Alcoa’s Executive Council, the senior leadership team that sets strategic direction for the Company.
Under Ken’s financial leadership the EPS business has achieved record revenue and After Tax Operating Income (ATOI) for the last three consecutive years – 2012, 2013 and 2014, and delivered more than $1 billion in productivity gains (through September 2015). Today EPS has total revenues of $5.2 billion (through September 2015 annualized) and employs approximately 24,000 people at 99 locations in 19 countries. 
Ken also has strong M&A experience having presided over the successful financial integration of Alcoa’s three recent aerospace-focused acquisitions – Firth Rixson (November, 2014), TITAL (March, 2015), and RTI International Metals (July, 2015) – valued together at approximately $5 billion. In 2007 he helped lead the $2.7 billion divestiture of Alcoa’s packaging and consumer businesses through a sale to Rank Group Limited.
Prior to his current role Ken was Group Controller for the EPS business, a position he assumed in 2011.  Ken joined Alcoa in 2004 as Vice President of Finance for Global Extruded Products, part of Alcoa Forgings and Extrusions. He then served as Vice President of Finance for Alcoa’s Building and Construction Systems business.
Earlier in his career, Ken held senior finance roles at Avaya and Lucent Technologies. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the State University of New York at Oneonta and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
