Olivier Jarrault is Executive Vice President of Alcoa and Group President of Alcoa Engineered Products and Solutions (EPS), responsible for four businesses: Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings, Alcoa Forgings and Extrusions, Alcoa Power & Propulsion and Alcoa Titanium & Engineered Products.
These businesses are global leaders in their industries, with a core focus on Aerospace and other industrial markets that utilize high-performance materials. Alcoa’s recent acquisitions of RTI International Metals, Firth Rixson and TITAL, which have deepened Alcoa’s reach into the high-growth aerospace market, are integrated into EPS.
Olivier joined Alcoa in 2002 shortly after the company acquired Fairchild Fasteners from the Fairchild Corporation, where Olivier held several senior roles including Chief Operating Officer. Previously, Olivier worked for LISI Aerospace, a manufacturer of fastening solutions, in executive positions in North America and Europe.
Olivier currently serves on the Alcoa Executive Council, the senior leadership group that sets strategic direction for the company. He also has strategic responsibility for Alcoa’s global growth in the aerospace market.  He was elected an Executive Vice President of the company in 2011 and elected a Vice President of Alcoa in 2006. He received a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from California Institute of Technology, and in 1998 graduated with an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. He presently serves on the UCLA Anderson Center for Global Management board.
