Post-Grant Reporting Requirements for Alcoa Foundation Grant Recipients

Alcoa Foundation grant recipients are required to provide reports that demonstrate project performance and financial accountability.  These reports serves both as a permanent record of the organization’s achievements and a learning tool for Alcoa Foundation.  The information provided in these reports will add to our understanding about promising initiatives and practices.

The Post-Grant Reports listed below must be submitted by Alcoa Foundation grant recipients according to the schedule provided in the organization's grant commitment letter.  Recipients of Expenditure Responsibility grants must use the reporting format in the next section.  The documents are in Microsoft Word format.

Recipients of Expenditure Responsibility grants have signed an Expenditure Responsibility Agreement stating that the grant will be monitored for a specific number of years.  The report template below must be used to report on the use of the grant funds for each year of the monitoring period, including the final year.  The report must be submitted according to the schedule provided in the original grant commitment letter.
