Making a Difference for the Environment

Growing concern around the environmental impacts of climate change and rising energy costs has prompted many of our employees to question what they can do to take action. In response, Alcoa Foundation has invested more than US$2 million since 2006 to raising awareness and mobilizing individual action on climate change in Alcoa communities. Our employee volunteer program supports Alcoans around the world in a range of activities they undertake to improve sustainability in their local communities.
