Alcoa Joins Business Coalition for Workplace Fairness
Alcoa has joined the Business Coalition for Workplace Fairness, a coalition of major U.S. businesses that support the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, a federal bill that would provide the same basic protections that are already afforded to workers across the country to lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transgender employees.
