Employee Relations—Approach
Whatever the position—from chief executive officer to supervisors to operators on the floor—our belief is that we are employees of Alcoa first and, for some of our workforce, members of trade and labor associations as well.
One of the primary ways we engage our workforce is through the Alcoa Business System, which has "people linchpin the system" as one of its three overarching principles.
