Laboratory Capabilities
At our on-site laboratory in Nashville, we perform annual automotive certifications, support product development, calibrate equipment, perform document control, conduct PPAP’s, conduct gage R&R, perform UL/CSA testing, and maintain testing equipment.
Components in this laboratory include: oven/heat chamber, cold chamber, measuring microscope, tensile/elongation tester, hot plate tester, flame tester, I/R tester, electrical overload tester, pinch tester, sand/scrape abrasion tester, hi-pot/di-electric tester, resistance tester and fluid compatibility tester.
