Objectives for 2009 - Economic Development
- Optimize our cost structure to build a stronger position for our facilities in the context of a global economic slowdown.
- Sign an agreement with the Government of Québec for the expansion of the Deschambault Smelter, as well as the related contracts.
- Establish a system for evaluating suppliers based on sustainability criteria, and define an approach to help them progress in this regard.
