Past Meets Future - 1956
"Conversations on the History of Architecture"
A 1956 LP recording of conversations with Mies Van Der Rohe, Philip Johnson, Walter Gropius and other famous architects of the day, made by the Reynolds Metals Company (now part of Alcoa).

This unique historical recording captures the thoughts and voices of some of America's most influential mid-20th century architects on design, construction and civilization itself. We've had many requests to make this content available to the architectural community, and were finally able to locate and digitize a copy. Browse, download and enjoy. As the original 1956 liner notes say, this is 'For the Pleasure of All Interested in Architecture.'
