Once again Alcoa distinguishes itself as one of the Most connected companies in Brazil

Survey carried out by Info Exame magazine consolidates the Company’s leadership position in the Steel and Metal Industry category for the 14th consecutive year
Alcoa is once again one of the 100 Most connected companies in Brazil, according to Info Exame magazine, published by publishing house, Abril (June 2009). Since the first survey that was carried out 14 years ago the Company has always headed up the Steel and Metal Industry ranking. In the overall list of companies, which includes both Brazilians and multinationals operating in Brazil, Alcoa was in 12th place.
This ranking was based on 1583 questionnaires sent to companies in different segments and analyses, among other things, investments in technology, initiatives in the area of green IT and databases.
