Health Occupational

To Alcoa, occupational health is a process to manage the health risks associated with occupational exposure to environmental agents through the stages of anticipation, recognition, appraisal and control of the agents.

To implement this process, Alcoa established World Health Standards, which define the minimum requirements to be followed globally, whose performance is monitored by internal audits and specific indicators.
