Make a hole that is wide enough and deep enough for the size of the ball of soil surrounding the roots. A little fertilizer can be added to the earth removed from the hole.

The young tree should be between 30-40 cms. high. When planting the sapling water it so that the earth sticks to the roots. Remove the plastic
carefully.
Place the sapling in the center of the hole, taking care that the top of ball of soil surrounding the roots is level with the surface. Fill in around with soil removed from the hole.
Water every day, remove weeds and destroy any ants, as necessary.
