The first stage of selection process for the Alcoa Intern Program is the application, which starts in July.
Once the application deadline ends, a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the applicants is made in the first half of September. After this stage, candidates take online tests in English and logical reasoning.
This is followed by group dynamic for the candidates who made it through to this stage. There is also a writing test and it is at this point that the students find out what positions are available in the company’s different areas of business, so they can make their choices. The role-playings occur in October and November.
In October and November, the finalist candidates are interviewed by managers from their chosen areas.
The admission process for the successful candidates occurs in December and the internship begins in January.
