Last week for registering for the Intern Program 2014

 

Candidates interested must register by September 2


The final date for registering for Alcoa’s Intern Program 2014 is September 2. There are vacancies in Santo André (SP), Itapissuma (PE), São Luís (MA), Juruti (PA) and Poços de Caldas (MG). The objective of the program is to provide students with experience of real situations in the corporate world and promote an interchange of information with teaching institutions. The aim is to identify, attract and retain young people for future positions within the company’s various areas and units.

Who can participate?


The selection process is open to university students on Exact Science and Humanities courses who are scheduled to graduate in December 2014 and December 2015. Knowledge of English (in some areas) and IT is necessary and the candidate must be available for between 18 and 30 hours a week, or fulltime for 6 months. There are opportunities for disabled people and the selection process includes online tests, a group dynamics exercise and interviews.


During the program, the interns have both classroom-based and distance training courses, practical activities and participation in talks given by leaders from Alcoa and by renowned professionals from the market.
