Rede Alumínio & Cia. opens a store in Goiás
The 1,100 m2 unit will serve more than 200 municipalities in Goiás
Alcoa, the world’s leading producer of primary and fabricated aluminum, will open yet another store in the Alumínio & Cia. network (www.aluminioecia.com.br), the exclusive distributor of Alcoa extruded profiles in Brazil. Aparecida de Goiânia was the city chosen in which to open the store on March 14. With this new unit the Alumínio & Cia. network now has 40 stores located in every region in the country.
The 1,100 m2 unit will be the only one in the city to offer residents of more than 200 municipalities in Goiás the complete range of the Alcoa extruded products line – including products for construction and Standard, like angle bars, tubes, flat bars, rebars, etc. that do not belong to a defined line – as well as items for local industries.
“Goiânia is one of the fastest growing cities in Brazil and a municipality with a lot of purchasing power. The forecast is that it will grow by 115% by 2025”, explains Leonardo Arantes, manager of the Alumínio & Cia. network.
Fernando Maldonado, one of the owners of the new store, points out that the commercial expectations are great because there was demand from customers even before the store opened. “We want our customers to be satisfied and therefore we’ll provide them with full support with regard to projects, identifying which lines best suit the project being developed”.
All stores in the Alumínio & Cia. network have trained professionals to offer technical support to consumers, frame manufacturers, engineers and architects as well as customers in the industrial market and to supply exclusive Alcoa profile lines, which are characterized by their top quality and prompt delivery.
