Enrollment is extended for the 8th Alcoa Innovation in Aluminum Prize. Students on a university course, post-graduate students on specialization courses and professionals who work with new product projects and management planning for aluminum recycling, and who are graduates or have a minimum three years professional experience in any function category can take part.

Those wishing to enter can enroll on the Alcoa website (www.alcoa.com.br) in the categories of Products & Applications (free choice of topic) and Recycling Management (with a focus on aluminum recycling, post-consumption waste or waste generated in producing consumer goods). The work will be judged and prizes awarded separately by category and participation modality (professional and student).

Enrollment will close on October 16 and the enrolled pieces of work have to be delivered by November 6. Prize-winners will be announced by December 15 on the Company’s website.

The professional modality is also open in two categories: Products & Applications and Recycling Management. Enrollees need to have a university degree or three years minimum professional experience.
