Two types of surface treatments are available: Powder coating and anodizing.
Powder coating combines an ample array of colors with long duration protection against outside impacts. The supply of possible colors is virtually unlimited. All RAL, Sikkens and Sigma colors are available as polyester powder coats. The colors are offered in different gloss levels, such as high gloss, satin and matte. Nowadays, more and more metallic and pearl colors are being developed, which makes the choice even greater. The aluminum windows and doors can be delivered in different colors on the inside and the outside.
Anodizing is the surface treatment in which the natural oxide skin of the aluminum is rapidly built up to the desired thickness through a controlled electrochemical process. The anodized layer produced in this manner is a very hard, transparent layer, which also protects the aluminum. It is also possible to electrolytically color the profiles during the final phase. These colors can vary from natural to champagne bronze and even to black. The aluminum windows and doors can be delivered in different colors on the inside and the outside.
