Alcoa Vacation Students participate in a 12 week program specifically designed to optimise their exposure and practical experience in their chosen discipline.
Our Vacation Students have a strong academic record, initiative, ambition, energy and team orientation.
Alcoa’s environment fosters communication, involvement, knowledge-sharing and teamwork which ensures we maximise our Vacation Students' full learning potential and the company’s success at the same time.
Vacation Students work alongside a mentor and manager to assist and coach them through selected projects to ensure they gain the hands on experience they are looking for.
There are many opportunities and benefits that can be enjoyed from our Vacation Student Program at Alcoa. We view our Vacation Students favourably to the Alcoa Graduate Program which can provide the key to a successful career.
